Easy to extend the stay, prime room with balcony, nice swimming pool with long opening hours, as well as sauna option - awesome!!*). About 5 minutes walk to the bts. Good value for money, very safe place, elevator needs to be operated with room card..

Room a bit older, could have a refurbishment. Shower hose was leaking a bit...

- silence in the room and on the floor I stayed at - large windows - double curtains at windows and terrace isolate well against light and heath - daily room cleaning with 2 free bottles of water per day

The room's airconditioning works well, but in my room (#809), there was a slight smell of mushrooms/humidity each time after I turned it on. I think the filter should be checked.

It is an older hotel, but very convenient. They upgraded me to a suite which I really appreciated. The rooms were large and comfortable. The bed comfortable. Excellent staff service. Breakfast is a real treat and was included with the room.

The water system did not work well. Either boiling hot or freezing cold after it had been running for a short while, which made a comfortable shower impossible. I had to tape the shower head to the fixture as well.

It was a decent place to stay, I can't really fault anything.

The rooms were large, the bed was huge and very comfortable, large fridge.. view from the room was ok... The pool was clean and well kept.

We loved our stay here.

We loved our stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful and ensured that we could check in as soon as we arrived despite it being too early! The hotel is really the perfect place to come back to after a busy day exploring Bangkok. We loved the location too as it had some great street food around, which locals visit and it was really close to all of the main attractions. We would love to come back every time we are in Thailand.

staff are absolutely polite, helpful, professional. Location of hotel is very close to BTS Chong Nonso station, you will found lot of local canteens or hawkers near around you so that you can taste local food.

Amazing location, hotel needs a bit of improvement

The location was very good, a lot of shops and restaurants around and very close to BTS so You could go anywhere very quickly , the hotel looked nice from the outside as it was freshly painted.Nice big tv with plenty of channels and the pool was nice too.

My major problem with this hotel was they made the capital mistake of joining 2 single beds when i asked for a double bed, the bed was not comfortable and You could feel where the mattresses join. It might have been a 4 star when it opened but i wouldn't consider it to be anymore, the room looked nice upon entry but closer inspection revealed that all have seen better days.Some stuff looked very shabby for a 4 star hotel. I had a massive balcony that i couldn't access because the door was blocked from the outside.The white curtains were disgusting and probably haven't been washed in years On check out i had to ask for the receipt because i wasn't offered one and was given a look by the receptionist like i was asking money back or something. Overall its not a bad hotel but wouldnt rate it as a 4 stars anymore and its not that cheap than You can just look the other way on the flaws.

Generally happy with my stay but expected the hotel generally to be higher class then it was.

The all you can eat breakfast is good. I slept well.in quiet dark spacious room with good air conditioning. Pool was small but refreshing and the sauna good.

I expected the quality of furniture and decor in the room to be better.

The hotel is well located in BKK.

The hotel is well located in BKK. The receptionist was welcome with smile and fun. Its Christmas, the Housekeeping staff is very friendly.

The restaurant is the worst, each time i go no better. The service is poor, the supervisor is looking tired, no smiling, no welcome, the room service don't know the menu...Its a shame because its but negative on this hotel. I go 3-4 time and nothing change ... Should be not a 4 star....

Firm quality mattress Happy cocktail hour....good value Staff always keen to help and morale appears high.

Hotel has dropped arabica quality coffee for breakfast....a big mistake. All self-service now...tiresome to keep getting up ...why can’t staff manage tea/coffee refills? Self-service laundry....useful facility but machines locked in cool wash so won’t get soiled clothes clean. TV offered fewer English speaking channels than previous

Good hotel in the business district area.

Good location with friendly staffs and good breakfast with variety sorts, but coffee is not good as expect. the room is newly renovation and super clean, comfy bed, but please insert the soap holder in the shower room. Sky train is on the side street, and many food vendors around, near to Silom area.

A long walk in the narrow lane with traffics. A bit noisy from the traffics outside at night.

Convenient to BTS with 4 mins walk.

Didn't change bed sheet even it's obviously dirty. Towels seems not changed but just fold them back to rack. Not feel comfortable with cleanlinese.

Very good experience

Close to BTS Chong Nonsi and in walking distance to Silom, Furama is ideally located with numerous restaurants nearby. Staff is very forecoming, cleaning is beyond questionning, rooms are comfortable with sitting area and a huge TV screen, excellent internet, good bed..

Small swimming pool without interest and lots of noisy bus tourists are downers. The balcony gives on an ugly parking lot. Breakfast is OK but not really needed. Slightly over-priced.

Great stay in Bangkok

Location is perfect. Within walking distance to the train station. Breakfast is good.

The hotel has a large balcony unfortunately the access was locked due to renovation process is going on. Lift is too small and sometime takes long time to go up or down.
